Whats you budget? I see you're fairly new to this site.

There's a faq for what's called h2b, (or f2b) it's a type of swap that uses a special adapter plate to mount a hydro b-series transmission to an h/f motor. These swaps are typically easier, faster, and have more potential than regular h22 swaps with their nasty cable transmissions. They can even be cheaper than a regular h swap too if you play your cards right.
Typical h22 swap:
1) Hacking of the firewall to route the cables for the shifter.
2) Axles angle problems due to the bulkiness of the tranny/engine combination make for the need of custom axles and often regular replacement for some applications.
3) Having to drive the old cable shifter technology which most people don't like very much. (the k20 cable tranny has certainly improved on this)
4) among other things.
h2b swap:
1) you'll need to do a little grinding (usually not much depending on your application)
2) superior gearing and aftermarket support for the B-series tranny.
3) b-series axle-placement which will let you use oem axles with less risk.
4) And more.

The most import and useful thing will be when you try searching to see what other people are doing to get F20Bs into there cars. In fact theres pretty much an entire forum (Hybrid) that covers similar issues.
