Exhaust Choices?
I got a 93' Del Sol S. Bone stock exhaust system. What i'm looking to get, is a cat back. I'm going to get custom piping from the cat to the muffler done at a muffler shop. So what I need is some recommendations on a Muffler. I want something that sounds nice and throaty. I'm not into the little buzzy *** exhaust you see on a lot of ricey imports. Apexi N1 is nice, but its kinda expensive isn't it?

Whats your style?
Huge N1, polished to give a bright shine to blind someone?
or
ES Oval flat black to keep a sleeper look?
I like DTM mufflers, but they don't look that great to me on a Civic/CRX/Sol.

If I were to go custom, I'd just pick any style I liked and paint in flat black. I would assume the more "straight through design" wouldn't give a raspy ricer sound. Example....A'PEXi N1, Tanabe RM. And I've heard pretty good things about Hayame.

Well i'm not concerned with the sleeper look on this car, I do want something that looks nice. I like the sound of the Apexi N1, but the cheapest I can find it is about $180 bucks. Is there anything that sounds similar to the N1 but can be found for cheaper?

Re: Exhaust Choices? (mrspeaker)
Do the ebay n1's sound pretty similar to the Apexi? So I will need a resonator on the custom piping? Do you think the muffler shop would be able to put one on, like, would they carry them?
