Are EX sedan front disc brakes the same as GSR front discs?
I know that the 92-95 EX Sedan has 10.3" rotors on the front and 9.4 discs in the rear... Are these the same as Integra discs? Will EX sedan disc bolt onto my 93 DX hatch? I'm assuming it will, however I wasnt sure do to the fact that the EX sedans came with ABS, and I dont know the differences that the ABS setup has. I also needed to know if the master cylinder and/or proportioning valve was different in the EX?

EX/SI/GSR have the same front/rear discs. Although I believe that 92-95 EX w/ABS was the only EX that came with rear discs. I'm not completely sure what you are asking though. No, the discs will not bolt right up in place of your current setup. The discs are larger in the front, so you would need either the EX/SI/GSR front knuckles and spindles. As for the rear, you have drums, so you would have to do a rear disc conversion. If you do a conversion, the ABS wouldn't matter because you just wouldn't hook up the ABS sensor/line. Although it would be cleaner to get rears from an SI or non-ABS GSR.

civic and integra front disc are the same but the caliper are different...found this out after i switched all my brake for gsr front and rear. Not sure about the rear disc on civic and integra. Probaly use different calipers as well.

what about 99 year model?
Do they still have the same diameter but diferent caliper?
Cauz I heard that doing rear disk swap is useles and that first you should get the integra disks in front, but now someone just said that it's all the same diskst hey have, I'm confused as hell!
Thanks a lot!

ok, so just let me get it straight....
Before I do the rear disk swap, I should get bigger calipers in front but the disks are ok, right?

what are you trying to do put integra rear disc on your civic or front integra disc on your civic? Either way the just buy the integra disc from the store or get the one from the place you bought the swap at turned....not sure what you mean?

There's some misinformation in this thread that needs to be cleared up/
1994-1995 Si/EX has the same sized front rotors as the 1994-2001 Integra non-Type R. The Integra calipers are indeed bigger and clamp better.
1992-1993 Si and 1993 EX have SMALLER front discs and calipers than the 1994-2001 and 1994-1995 Si/EX.
All the 1992-1995 Si had rear discs which are the same size as the 1994-2001 Integra rears, and the 1994-1995 EX wABS had the same sized rear discs too.
And something else to consider:
Every 1994-2001 Integra had at least a 15/16ths master cylinder while later models got bumped up to a full 1'' cylinder. This means they push more fluid for the bigger calipers.
1992-1993 Civics all had the 13/16ths m/c - this means that your pedal will have to travel further just to fill up those Integra calipers, which makes the brakes feel weird.
Some 1994-1995 Civics had a 7/8ths m/c which is good, but not all of them had this beiger version. I'm pretty sure it was the ABS models for sure and *maybe* some non-ABS Si/EX models in 1994-1995.
When I did Integra 4-wheel discs on my 1992 CX I added a 1995 Integra RS booster and master cylinder. I said Integra RS because it's non-ABS and it bolts right up and you don't have to bend any lines or reflare fittings for ABS.
These guys who get the LS and GS-R m/c will be shitting once they realize that the lines have to bent and/or reflared to accomodate the ABS fittings.
Also if you get an Integra m/c you MUST get the booster as well.
Another rememdy for this is getting a 1991 Civic EX 4-door m/c. It's 15/16ths, non-ABS, and bolts right up to your 1992-1995 non-ABS booster! How neato!
I used to have a 1992 Si hatch and when I swapped out the front brakes for Integra ones the Integra units were definately bigger - rotos and calipers.
Thanks for the efforts everyone, but please double check your info before you post it.

Yep the 91 EX master cylinder is the way to go. Just installed one this weekend in no time at all.
1. My 95 Si originally had a 13/16" MC and the 9.5" front rotors
2. My friends' 95 Ex sedan (nonABS) had a 15/16" MC and the 10.3" front rotors/Civic sized front calipers
