EX has rear drums (like mine) and the EX-S has rear disks. The EX-S is the one with ABS, therefore has rear disks (I believe.... I could be wrong on this.)

Ok so if i want rear disks I need to find a EX with ABS then ?? Correct.. but then im stuck with air bags and all that other crap...
What is my options swap wise.. Just grab a set of arms from a 92-95 civic with rear disks or from a 94+ integra ??

Does your current car have ABS? If not then you don't need to get them off a car with ABS. You can use any rear disc from 94-01 Teg, 99-00 Civic Si, or other similar setups.
