Default engine wire harness auto vs. manual

Is there an actual difference in the harness from auto to manual? Or is just based on how you hook it up.

Is there a difference between an automatic/manual o2 sensor?

Thanks in advance.

I just recently did a manual conversion to my ek, I compared my harness to my friends manual car and the only difference that I can see is that I had extra plugs for the tranni sensors.

I forgot to mention that the Iac plugs are different.
