Default Electrical problems

I have a 94 ex coupe. my trunk and dome light periodically wont come on. and then I noticed that my cigarette lighter is acting weird. I have my cell phone charger in it and it will start charging then stop and start again. in like 10 second increments. almost like I have a short in my car any Ideas?

Ya check between the fuse block and the problem connector such as the cigarette lighter.
