engine swap problem

engine swap problem
i just put a 1992 civic si head and block into my 1990 civic dx, i didnt conent the vtec on the engine, the only thing is when i start the car it runs like ****, the car is idleing to high... the idle speed goes up and down and comes close to stallling and starts going up again(occasionally it stalls) and also the speedometer is working like a tach??? does anyone know whats wrong with the car???
also the computer led shows a code 16(fuel injector) could this be the problem??

first of all if its idleing very high chec your throttle cable sometimes it can get stuck or on too tight. if that doesnt work check your idle screw and adjust it. if that cant be the problem check your vaccum. these are the only possiblitily i can think of.
