Check:
1.Vaccum Leaks
2.Try to check if your senors are pluged in!
3. Try to do a Idle Troubleshooter Test
But in the end my problem was that my senor (IAV) was messed up

Check your fitv on the bottom of your throttle body, that's what was wrong with my gsr swap.... And mine also idles at 1500rpm with a skunk2 Intake mani.....

Re: IDLING PROBLEM ON MY SI!
dang thats weird, take a bottle of brake cleaner and spray it between the tb and manifold, maybe theres a gap where air escapes, also try it were the mani meets the head. if idle goes down while spraying the brake cleaner you will need a new gasket.
