Engine Swap. Help!
I'm about to do a swap on my 97 Ek. I have a 98 B20 block with a type r head. I have the B-series axles. I'm thinking of putting in a GSR tranny but they told me it's not recommended cause of the gear ratio(can anybody comment on that). Now they told me I still need the ECU and the mounts. Does anybody know what kind of mounts I need. Also any recommendations on the ECU, I was told SI was a good way to go especially if u wanna chip it. Please any body with any Input on this situation! Thanks

Get hasport mounts
the ECU that goes with the motor
GSR tranny should be fine
try to keep the tires on, this motor has a nice tourque curve
