im fairly new to the world of cars and performance upgrades so i was wanting professional opinions on either a engine swap for my 99 civic si or mods for my current b16

Maybe ask something technically specific. Your question is too vague to be answered without garnering a ton of responses that will be all over the place, repetitive, and frankly become rehashing a question that has beaten to death and asked nearly once or twice a week. I'd rather not see another one of them, thank you.
