you need 4 things to start an engine.
1. Fuel
2. Spark
3. Timing
4. Compression
Make sure you have all of these.

Double check timing. You're saying it cranks but won't start correct?

start with starter or battery. Just because the car has power does not mean the battery has enough power to turn the starter.

Probably the starter... Is it even getting 12V? Stick a voltmeter on the starter wire at the starter. Check if it gets 12V with key in start position. Check all of your fuses again. You'd be surprised...

Give it to me.

Hit the starter a few times with a hammer and try starting it again.

have you tried jumping it off another car? if that doesn't work, put a multimeter on the starter. maybe the car doesn't see the clutch pedal as being down when you start it.
