Re: Emergency brake? (Slammed Si)
to get the hard plastic cover off. I took my dremel and cut down the plastic to the metal handle in several places and then pryed it off with a screw driver. It slid off without any trouble

Check it out, it is very easy....Get a hold of a heat gun (looks like your Mom's hair blow dryer) and heat the handle until the glue, holding it to the rod melts...then you have about 20 seconds to yank the sucka off...and BLAM!! you can now slap on your new MOMO e brake handle, $BLING$!! Where do you get a heat gun? Go to your local Best Buy car stereo installer, and ask to borrow theirs, or pay them $15 bucks to do it for you. I work at a Best Buy so I know they have heat guns, in case your wondering...
