Default EM1 feeling sluggish (searched)

So i was driving today and decided to push it a little. I hammer it in second and i can hear the intake get really loud but i didnt accelerate like i usually would. It didnt bog, just didnt go. It seemed like the fuel was there but my motor didnt know what to do with it, if that makes sense. The weather here has recently gotten into the 90's so im assuming it has alot to do with it. What do i need to check/change to adapt to the heat. Motor is B18c w I/H/E and fuel rail. I replaced spark plugs, cap and rotor button and wires about 1000 miles ago. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Clutch slipping?

Or your intake was heat soaked and it just had to push through all the hot air in your intake and IM. Sometimes when I sit at a light for awhile in 90+ heat my car is sluggish when I take off, I'm pretty sure it's just the hot air that builds up.

No the clutch wasn't slipping, but it was like that for about 15 mins of driving.

Main relay crapped out? I don't know but try and see if it does it again, if not don't worry about it.
