Default EK question

will the crank out of a y7 work in a y8 motor. got a friend with a y8 that needs a crank and i have one from a y7. just wondered if this would work for the time being?

if they are the same stroke and stuff the i say yeah. u gotta match the bearing to the rods and u should be cool. good luck

aight thanks alot man...just wanted to make sure everything would match up for the time being.

oh yeah just thought i would tell you that shops around here are selling those EK9 CTR shift boots for like $40. just thought id let ya know lol.
