As well as most 96-00 DX's too.
Manual rack is always going to be tight steering at low speeds, it's part of having a manual rack. If you're that big of a ***** that you can't steering a manual rack in a Honda, you don't need to be driving manual. My girlfriend (5'2", 100 pounds, 20 years old) drives her 97 DX without power steering with no issues. Her friend who is also about the same size drives the same exact car without any problems either. It's something you adjust to.

yeah im not being a *****, i autox and switching from the s13 with ps to the civic with out is just weird to me. I do know that manual steering is tight at low speeds, i am just a little ocd on my cars and like everything to not be ghetto rigged
