Default ek.civic si ebrake cables

how much different are 99-00 si e brake cables then 94+ teg or 92-95 civic si..
need to find ebrake cables for a 2000 civic disk swap

u can use the integra ebrake cables but they are slightly shorter than the 99-00 si's, but they will still work. If you want it to fit perfectly then drop by the dealer and get new set, but IMO it is a waste of money spend it on a proportioning valve when you get the rear disk setup done

coupes need the si cables
hatches can use the teg cables
(from what i know)

i have a 96 hatch with ITR suspension. used ITR e-brake cables and they're either too long or short last time i checked.

I hate to bring this back but I have heard you can use your stock dx e-brake cables...true? pros? cons?

I really hate to bump this but i would like some feedback. I heard the ends of the cable are different (si vs dx) but there is a member here who says the dx e-brake cable will still work
