eg si sway bar?
I've got a 93 si hatch with no rear sway bar. Do I need to change the LCR to put one on? Or is there one out there that can just bolt on? Thanks..

Yes and yes.
You do need to change the LCA's for most swaybars, however there are swaybars out there that you don't require it. Suspension techniques makes one of those.
