EG Power steering -> manual steering. Can i plug the rack instead of loop it?
Might be a dumb question.
I'm guessing its a stupid thing to do but i have bolts that fit both holes perfectly that need to be looped. So i am wondering if you can just plug it up instead of loop it with hose??
If its a bad idea and better to loop it, could somebody please point me in the direction of somewhere online i can buy some U-bend hose. I couldnt find any local auto stores thats stocked it at all!!
Thanks for the help guys

Just find some black hose like you would use as 3/8 fuel line most auto parts stores have it and loop it.
I'm not a big fan of doing this with out changing the rack out for a manual one.
You need to have some place for the remaining fluid to expand as it gets hot.
That's why honda put a cooler in the loop, it get's hot.

Are the Padawan kits still even available? That thread got locked down over 1.5 years ago, wasn't sure if that shut him down or what. Anyways basically looping it (which I have right now) isn't great, steering effort is kind of high. Plugging will be even worse. A vented loop w/reservoir is the way to go.

Well even if it did get locked and he is not making them any more the photo on that post is for the EG kit. It shouldn't be to hard to find all the bits and pieces to put one together. I would just pm him he might still be making them or have a leftover kit

Padawan's signature still says they are available.
