Default Power Steering Removal Kits Ready

Complete power steering removal kits, which allow the stock PS system to be removed and replaced with a looped breather/reservoir setup. Each kit includes all necessary components -- no additional parts are needed.

Please note: these kits are designed to work on cars that have the PS system currently installed (not "bare" racks), and because of this, they reuse certain parts from the factory system. On the '94+ Integra and '96-'00 Civic, the only part reused is the one "nipple" fitting on the rack, but on the 5th gen. Civic, two of the original PS lines are reused, so these parts would be needed for installation if all the owner has is a "bare rack".

Those who wish to order a kit, please PM or email (preferably PM) me your H-T screenname, full name, address, number and type of kit desired, and some form of contact information (e.g. email address or phone number).

Applications:

- Integra '94+
- Civic '92-'95 (pictured)
- Civic '96-'00
- Del Sol

Pricing for the kits is $75.00, which includes USPS Priority 2-3 day shipping within the US.

Payment can be by Paypal, certified/bank check, or money order.

As always, please contact me with any questions or concerns. Thanks everyone.

Hey if any of you are going to do this on an integra. I have a Milled and Balanced Crankshaft pulley for an integra motor with only the AC and alternator pulley left on the crank. this would complete your PS removal and help free up more power.

Sorry Padawan if this bugs ya I'll delete it. I just thought this would be a great spot to help move your stuff as well as my pulley I had made. ($25 for the pulley and you pay shipping).

It is a stock integra pulley, milled and balanced. No PS pulley on it. In mint shape.

Not at all - good luck with your pulley.

Just as an update, I'm requesting that everyone who was interested in the first batch of kits please send payment by Friday (July 18) so that I can get the kits shipped ASAP. Please PM me if/when you are sending payment.

There will most likely (depending on interest) be a second, later batch of kits as well. Thanks in advance.

thats the pulley I made.also I just set it upright on a flat table on the tallest pulley channel(lower right pic, that side) and it stood there straight up and down with the pertruding hone outward (upper right corner pic, that side) plus the other shorter pulley channel. i can take a pic if you would like to see it.

I am now offering a 5th gen. kit that works with the 3 fitting racks.

This kit provides all necessary parts to allow the rack to be "looped" with a breather/reservoir. Please see the links in my initial post for more extensive information.

I have a 97 EX, and it looks like my high pressure lines come out of the back of the steering rack. It doesn't look like there's much room to maneuver. Can I still use this kit?

There will be a second batch of kits available soon. I'll start taking orders on Monday the 4th, and like the last batch, there will be a cutoff date for sending payments so that I can get the kits out as quickly as possible.
