I've just finished a swap ... B18C GSR('97 OBD2) ... into '92 VX HB with a conversion harness for the ECU , all went well except when starting to drive, after a short distance, the check engine light comes on. When checking for a code , the CEL just stays on. Does that indicate the ECU is bad? OR does this mean there isn't any code.This happens everytime it's driven and it does seem to have less power when the CEL is on, like it's in backup mode.Please help, I need to have emmision test soon.
