Default ECU problem and IACV problem

OK I have this wierd problem I just converted my y7 to a y5 manual intake manifold and just pinned my IACV and when I plug my ecu(P06) I get a solid CEL and a little Idle problem but drives fine other than that. SO I think that the ecu is fried and cut pin J1 on the ecu and still get a solid CEL so now I'm really thinking that I have a ecu problem so I then I unpin my IACV and now getting a flashing CEL with code 14. It then Idles like **** and is undrivable, sputters.
I did a ODB2 conversion to a ODB1

What do you think the problem is?

Does anyone know if the IACV is suppose to get hot to the touch?

Would my conversion harness or my ECU need anything done to it in order to work with my 2 wire IACV hack?

when you swapped you manifold, was the IACV a 2pin or 3pin ?

I had the y7 which was a 3 wire so when I swaped in the y5 manifold It was a 2 wire.

yes but it still idles wierd. I'm pretty sure not the throttle cable.it goes from like 800 all the way to 1700 and keeps doing it. Even after it warms up it still does it.
