Default Idle problem, HELP!

Hello,

I have a little problem with my car. Car is Civic 1999 Vi-Rs Ferio A/T. We had a little slip up, my friend accidentally disconnected the positive wire from battery while the engine was running :/

here is a video:

http://www.youtube.com/embed/N3yfO4FHtoU

CEL code is 14 and i know that is IACValve error.

I have done these things:

- IACV is replaced and cleaned 2 time
- ECU is relearned few time
- CKP is changed

Today i change IACV second time, after the first start engine running normally about first 10sec,then idle problem start again

Maybe my ECU is broken or?. anyone can help me?

Temppa from Finland

If the ecu is throwing a code 14:
1. Check the continuity from the iacv plug to the ecu on each wire.
2. Try another iacv
3. Try another ecu

I put the power from the battery directly to the IACV and it works like this..(watch video)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q5c8F...ature=youtu.be

I measured all the wires from IACV plug and there is one ground and two positive pins.

when the engine is running, I took off the IACV connector, so that the engine began to run normally but CEL light caught fire

any ideas to do?
