Already did that. My friend ran a new wire from the fuse all the way back to the main relay. Drove ok for about 20 mins and same thing started back happening. Now I don't know what to do next. Thought hard wiring it would fix it but *****....

A fuse blew so you put one that was double the value of the original one back in? And that fuse didn't blow?

Because whatever it's powering is either going bad and drawing too much current or you've got a short somewhere.

Is the CEL on?

Do not put a bigger fuse in there. Its going to cause more problems then what you have now. You need to figure what going on. I would check to make sure the vss plug is not the cause since you stated that its not working. Have both you guys tried a new ecu?

last time my ecu fuse kept blowing was because my o2 sensor wire got caught between some ish and crimped the wires exposing it to a ground.. i'd double check all your plugs in your engine bay and make sure everything is okay

NEVER replace a fuse with a higher amperage rating fuse unless you want trouble. most honda ecu fuses are a mere 7.5A.
double check all your wiring to make sure that none are chafing against bare metal and causing the short to pop the fuse.
