Icon3 ECU code 21 and 22

ok so i have check many different threads, posts and comments not to mention everywhere online. they either jump topics or don't answer the full question.
My 95 civic is throwing a code 21 and 22. It is a D16Z6 with a VTEC solenoid that DOES have an oil pressure sensor. it has full oil so don't recommend checking that, its full. i have called the dealer to see and since i live in the middle of F***ing no where i cant take it to them. they said to try to "reset" the ecu by pulling the ECU fuse, disconnect the battery wait about 15sec, touch the positive to the negative to ground out the entire system and then put it all back together. did that and...still code 21 and 22. i have read some jumper ideas but they all go on about NOT having an oil pressure sensor. I HAVE ONE! so what can i do to fix the damn code! please let me know.
Thanks

try a known good vtec solinoid(re-set ecu) then see if they go away

You should start off by reading the FAQs sticky. There's an entire section dedicated to diagnosing vtec problems.

If it was a swap, check the vtec wiring. Otherwise the vtec solenoid might be gummed up. remove it, and take the two halves apart and clean everything with brake clean or carb cleaner and make sure the plunger will move.

no swap, original engine, original ECU. replaced the vtec with a new one, no change. cleaned the whole thing (new and old one) nice and shiny looks brand new now and still didnt work. plunger moves with ease. no gunk or crap in it, like i said looks brand new... any other ideas?

did you re-set the ecu inbetween/after changing out the solinoids ?

if you want to reset the ecu you have to take the 7.5 amp fuse out or just disconnect the ecu all together for 3 min. not 15 sec. this is not your problem but might help in the future.

The key to a direction for diagnosis is after you reset the ECU, "WHEN" do you get the check engine light ??? If it is immediately after "key on" or within seconds of startup, you have either a wiring or ECU problem. If the check engine light comes on only after you accelerate beyond the VTEC engagement point, then the issue is mechanical. Assuming you have replaced the VTEC assembly with a known-good one and re-tested, along with your statement that the oil level is full, there is only one remaining likely choice: main or rod bearing damage and thus, you lack the necessary oil pressure/volume to engage VTEC when the computer attempts to do so.
