CEL Code 22 Help Please!!!

I found out what code Im throwin. I know it has something to do with the Vtec Solenoid. Should I reset the ecu and how? Should I disconnect the battery or is there anthoer way.

Code 22 is vtec pressure selenoid check your oil first if that looks fine I would change it if its almost due for a change and reset your ecu.
