That looks like a magnaflow knock-off. Why would you buy that when you can spend another $15 and get a real magnaflow catback on ebay? I believe that http://www.hottexhaust.com also sells the magnaflow cat-back for around $310 shipped.

Looks like a good APEX'i N1 knock off. You will save around $200 getting that. I say it is worth it. If you like it, go for it.

exactly, you can argue exhausts all you want but at the end of the day its still only gonna be a 2-3hp diff. unless you are making over 200whp as stated above

Prolly won't fit right... I've had some of my friends get some of these knock off "performance" parts off of ebay... most DO have fitment issues.

exhausts are the easiest parts to modify to fit correctly. quality is in the eye of the beholder. basically all you're going to be getting if you're not making massive ammounts of power is sound quality and longevity. if its a fully stainless steel exhaust, i'd expect it to last a while.

STFU, don't waste our time.

Re: ebay catback exhaust's?? (Mar_EK)
As I said, that thing is a magnaflow knock-off. Has anyone ever even heard of that line of exhaust. As for being easy to modify. Why should you have to pay to modify something that should fit right to begin with? If you go no-name, you run the risks of poor fitment/quality. Quality isn't in the eye of the beholder. Things of questionable quality may rust, may fit poorly, may sound terrible, may have a ruined muffler in less than a year, may bust a weld etc.
Anyways, its his money and his choice. I'll say it again... Its a magnaflow knock-off. Pay the extra $15 and get a real magnaflow if that is the style of exhaust that you want.

I dont have first hand knowledge of THIS system, but I have bought a muffler off ebay. I never used it though, but my arguement for this is what are you gaining?? My muffler had a straight thru design and looked good. I mean I didnt crakck it open to compare to a "real" muffler. When I had my 240, people were spending 600 and more for a catback. I was like WTF??? I know Apexi may have put more R&D into their system than some knock off guy, but for the minimal gains a exhaust system gives, why spend so much on it?? I would get it or go custom.

Re: (specv5150)
the argument against a knock-off isn't necessarily about performance, but more about quality. Also, a custom exhaust will cost nearly the same as a quality and reputable magnaflow catback. If you want straight thru, I don't understand why anywould wouldn't just buy a magnaflow, unless you just don't like its looks. No, I'm not a magnaflow maniac.. I actually sold mine because it was too loud for me. Just don't think that this guy should spend money on a knock-off when he can get reputable quality for another $15.

Definetly a pretty good way to go, and probably the cheapest. I have a Universal Apexi N1 Style Muffler with custom piping from an exhaust shop and it sounds and performs great. Like they said, unless your making serious NA hp, then their all gonna make about the same power.

maybe i shouldn't have said that quality is in the eye of the beholder. i mostly meant sound quality. i think as long as it's full stainless then you have nothing to worry about. if magnaflow's are only $15 more than this, i'd definitly go with that since its a more reputable company that's known for their quality.
as far as sound, any kind of unrestrictive exhaust you put on an n/a honda is going to sound like ***, so its not really worth worrying about.
