Default duration/lift question??

newbie on here... i've had the opportunity to get camshafts for my b16 from a guy who says they are "type r" specs....
he gave me this:
CENTERLINE : 16.05 BTDC
INTAKE: Duration 237.17 @ 0.060 inches LIFT: 0.5583 in
EXHAUST: Duration 256 @ 0.050 inches LIFT: 0.494 in
i don't think it's the same as a "type r" cam but would it be okay for a turbo application??

thanks..

that spec is not oem itr or ctr cams spec and thats very aggresive cams. your engine wont idel normal and it will tick and tap alot. i hope u have stronger valve springs and retainers built. and the spec that u provided is the cheap cams that he bought from ebay, i think they are made by xs power or something
i am trying to find the oem spec itr or ctr cams for you cause 00-01 usdm ITR shares the same cams as JDM EK9 CTR cams

the link below is CTR EK9 oem cam spec

this is where i get my 00-01 ITR cams from and once again. only 00-01 ITR cams have same spec as JDM EK9 CTR's . you wont and cant go wrong with oem honda parts. and as long as u dont rev over 8000rpm. you can reuse your stock b16a valve springs and retainers.
after the cams are installed, u might want to get it dyno tuned, to get precise fuel/air raito. and remember to do the valve adjustment. if u dont know how to do the cams swap. pm me. i wil teach u
