Hey i was wondering what was the difference between itr cams and ctr cams like which woud be better for my gsr. I heard that the 01 type r cams are pretty much the same as the ctr cams. And whcih valve springs reatiners would be better itr or ctr. thanks for the help guys!

 

itr valvetrain would be more readily available. ctr intake cam is a tad bit more aggressive than itr intake cam. get whatever one is a better price. you will probably not feel the difference in the two cams
