Drivers side front suspension creak
Roughly one week ago I installed some 16" rims and 205/45/16 tires on my 96 Civic EX (OEM suspension), and tonight as I'm driving around I notice I have a very light creaking coming from my drivers side wheel well. I pulled into a parking lot and as soon as I hit the entrance the creaking went nuts on me. Sounds like when you rub two pieces of Styrofoam together. More so at low speeds than cruising speed
Not sure if the rim & tire would cause this, but if anyone knows what specific part of my suspension assembly would make that noise, your expertise and advice is welcomed

Did you have the same size wheels and tires before? That sound you describe reminds me of the tire rubbing against the inner fender wall. You can take the wheel off and check for marks; they should be easy to spot.

Well...wasn;t the problem...had bent endlinks on both sides. Replacing these fixed several other small noises I had too...
And after seeing how cheap they are made I recommend every civic owner check theirs ....
