drivers side axle - how to remove? h23
me and a friend are stuck on what to do to take out the drivers side axle. the pass. side came out, with some prying but the driver's side axle has an intermediate shaft connected to it. how do you take out the driver's axle, without taking out the intermediate shaft. even if we took out the intermediate shaft also, there is no room to pry the axle with, like on the pass. side. any help would be great. oh and btw this is for a 92 prelude (h23)

hmmm....I know on my transmission ('00 GS-R), I just took a piece of wood and a hammer and gave it a few hits towards the suspension to knock it out.

hmm, well, since we don't have a 32mm socket, we took out the whole control arm and tie rods and everything. so the drivers side doesn't have anything that keeps it connected to the intermediate shaft? one of my friends told me it has a pin of some kind, i looked but i can't see a pin. he was probably talking out of his *** on that one. so if i just knock on it and yank it, the axle will seperate from the intermediate shaft?
