do the 92 civic a/c feel weak to you?
I turned it on at around 70s and I didnt feel cold a/c. Dont know if it comes that way or the car's ac needs charging. I tested a si

u should probably try charging it and how come u only want a 93-94 hb, u could be looking from anything from 92 to 95. theyre all the same body style.

if you turn it on for a good amount of time, say 30 seconds and it doesn't get colder, then you need to charge your ac system.

Yes, yes you do. Texas is veeery hot. My 94 si blows nice and cold. I haven't had to use it much this year but once end of April/May rolls around it will be very nice.
