Icon6 is this a dizzy problem??

i'm the one with the rev-limit issue,the weird no CEL one..
my buddy thinks my problem is in my dizzy, he said if it's messed up then it could adjust my
timing from time to time, which he says would cause the revlimit to alter...could it b my dizzy

-ecu, vss, vtec solenoid, fuses grounds, alternator plugs and also spark plugs have
been changed or swapped to c if they were the cause, and none were =( also i got no check lite!

Get a timing light and check if your timing is off.
What does he think is wrong with your diz?

my bad if this is a noob question, but what is a timing light and how do i check the timing...he
didnt say anything in perticular could be wrong, he was speakin in general i guess..

ok, i read up on wiki what a timing light is and does lol...but how do i use the tool and test the
timing, the info i found only explained the tools purpose..
