Diffrence between the Z6 and y8?
Ok i have tryed searching but found nothing sorry guys maybe i was using the wrong words. But My question is while im saving for my swap what is the diffrence between the two motors? What one is better to go with? Is there a big price diffrence? Any other info would be great.

The biggest difference is the design of head/quench area. Which basically doesn't mean much if you don't plan on making lots of power.
Power output is similar, as are tq/hp curves. I'd go with whichever has lower miles.

ok because im planing on running around 300whp with a built motor and i want to stay d-series. Witch i heard is easyly done with turboing it and the right fuel and tuning.
