Did a search, still confused... B18C1 swap in OBD-2A civic
Honda Heads, I have a 1998 Civic LX sedan. I picked up a 2001 Integra GSR swap. I still need the following: 99-00 si transmission mount?
upper timing belt mount?
and the most confusing thing for me has been the wiring portion - do I need a 99-00 Si engine harness? Will the OBD2B P72 ecu I have work with that? If anyone has part numbers I need I would greatly appreciate that as well. I know I need a CRV AC bracket to keep my ac... any other stuff I’m missing?

99-00 Civic SI harness is similar to SOHC Civics. They run from ECU all the way to the components in the engine bay, unlike sub-harnesses of Integras and EG Civics/Del Sols.

Use the engine harness you have in the car... add the VTEC wiring/plugs and re-orient the MAP/TPS wiring to fit the GSR engine. You will also need to convert the 3-wire IACV to a 2-wire one. You can use the existing transmission bracket and mount. What you must get from a '99-00 Civic Si is the rear T-bracket. The '01 GSR ECU has an immobilizer and will expect to "see" the key and column reader which your civic doesn't have, so using that ECU will be challenging. So, you either find a '96-99 GSR (P72) ECU which will plug in directly to your current engine harness or use an OBD-1 ECU (tuneable is even better) and a conversion harness.

When you say re-orient the MAP TPS wiring to fit the GSR motor, is that extending the wires, or cutting/splicing?
Adding the VTEC wiring and plugs, and converting the IACV I understand, just wanted to know exactly what needs to be done for the MAP/TPS.

The MAP and TPS wiring should be long enough inside the engine harness loom that you should not have to cut anything... however, you will need to open up the loom on the center of the engine harness main bundle and pull that wiring back toward the passenger side of the harness and then re-loom it. Also, decide where you intend to locate the IAT sensor (the stock GSR intake manifold has it on the back close to the T/B) and your Civic had it in the air box on top of the T/B, so you will have to lengthen it and either change the plug to the GSR round type or install the original square type IAT sensor into the air intake tube.
Lastly, I forgot to mention that you will need a two bolt driver's side engine bracket instead of the 3-bolt bracket found on the GSR engine. They can be acquired from either a USDM '97-01 CR-V or a '99-00 Civic Si.

Excellent clarification bigjon... a nugget that may be useful to the OP. Since the OP was discussing stock mounts, I "assumed" the use of the stock driver's side mount and thus noted the need for the 3-bolt to 2-bolt engine bracket swap. However, if the OP chooses to use aftermarket mounts like those available from HASport, he can choose either style and wouldn't necessarily require a left side engine bracket.
