Default Did Honda service forget to put a bolt back in?

Serious noob question. Just got my car back from Honda:

Looking at my sexy D15Y7, this is the bottom right of the valve cover. What goes there? Haven't I seen grounding wires coming off of this?

I've seen a lot of Civics missing that bolt. I think that particular model grounds in a different spot but a lot of people relocate it to the VC corner there for convininece.

No worries.

Yeah, I'm missing that too on my y8. My PS ground is from the PS pulley to the bracket where my radiator is hooked up to. No worries.

Is a location for a small groung wire for the valve cover.

Not used for a long time by honda.

Dont groung the engine there because is insulated by the grommets/gasket.

That is where the throttle cable mounts on right-hand drive civics. Not used in the US.
