does anybody know where can i find this part!!?!?!?!
my stupid *** friend ******* around with my top and broke the plastick latch
which locks the top in place! expletive im pissed! i cant find it anyware! and now i cant lock my top from one side!! ahh!! dont tell me i need to but a whole new top! some one i need some help asap!! the top could prob fly off while im driving.

sounds confusing... do you mean the latch handle ? If so, for the mean time, use a vise grip to turn it to lock it. http://www.slhondaparts.com is one place you could get the handle from...

he's talking about the handle part. the one you push up to lock the targa in place. you can just buy a replacement at honda. but listen to Del Sol SiR just lock it with some vice grips for now.

same exact thing happened to me, I just unskewed the other latch from the opposite side and used it to lock in the other side, you just gotta pull the opposite direction from what you did before. I did this temporaily until I could find a proper replacement.

My girlfriend broke the passenger side handle, like last month. and i havent gotten a chance to replace it.

The dealer is chraging me 25 bucks! for the handle.

find a junked sol and ****** the roof... just repaint it.
