Del sol oil pump
hey everyone..well i got a 93 sol with a ls swap..and im scared the oi pump will go because i dont know how old it is and how many miles on it...i talked to some of my buddies and the best thing is to get a oil gauge but i probaly will any other ideas? thanks!

A pressure guage isnt a bad idea (it is smarter to get one that is electric, using a sender, if youre mounting it inside the car).
The stock oil light only comes on if no oil is being moved at all.
Have you ever changed the timing belt and water pump? Theres more reason to be concerned about that.
