Default De-Pin door harness EK

I just found out what my issue with my power door conversion is, i need to De-pin 3 wires outta the door harness connector by the hinge (the connector that joins the door harness to the floor harness) does anyone know how to release these pins?? There is a white clip on the bottom of the male (floor harness) side, with that slid out as far as it goes still the pins are frozen in place, i've tried to feel around with a pick for the tab that usually holds the pin in but i cant feel it and there is white water proofing goop all inside the plug.

Help would be awesome, thanks guys

I dont think its possible to depin the harness. We tried to do it in my car and we couldnt, so we ended up cutting the plug off and wiring the wires directly.

i agree with the first post, this harness almost seems like you cannot depin it. i wound up cleaning all the electrical goop out of it, stripping the wire and soldering it, pressed it into the broken pin and then stuck my soldering pen in too melt the solder on the wire to the pin. seems to be fairly intact. thanks for the replies.

Usually you have to remove the insert locking them all in place. One that is removed then one can use either a tiny screw driver, a standard pin/needle or for best control the straight pick from pick set.
