Default d16 problems: hesitation, bucking, jerking, low rpms when driving for a little bit :(

I have a d16zc. A month ago I changed the fuel filter, adjusted the dizzy, and rinsed the motor down. After that when i drive the car around for a little bit it started bucking down, and when i tried to go over certain rpms the throttle response is very bad like I would give it gas and it wouldnt go but jerk forward and I can hear sputtering out of the exhaust. Then when I come to stop and idle the idle would be at 400 and sound like a wrx lol. Then when I pull over and idle for a little bit it goes back to normal then when I drive it it starts to do the cycle over and over again. After I turn off the car and restart it, it does the same thing. After that started happening I changed the sparkplugs, fuel pump and whatnot and it still does the same thing. I was maybe thinking its the dizzy. PLEASE HELP ME!!

I think its the coolant temp sensor cus thats that area we sprayed in. Is it supposed to do anythnig when I disconnect it? cus the motor runs exactly the same.

maybe you could try disconnecting every sensor except the crank position sensor and see if that does nothing. Finally, the crank position sensor IIRC is one that could cause the above to be happening.
