Rpms drop too low when letting go of the gas
When driving normally, nothing is different. When I come to a stop and let go of the gas, the rpms drop lower than they should then slowly come back up to 700 or so.
Feels like its gonna bog but it comes back up. Everything else is normal.
Any suggestions?

Re: Rpms drop too low when letting go of the gas (peshte)
That's the thing. It doesn't idle too low. It drops too low then comes back up to normal.
If it was a constant low idle it would be different.

Alright, just drove from downtown to montreal and st-laurent. Took the highway, hit some lights etc etc and the heat gauge still didn't reach it's usual operating temp....
hope that helps

thermostat's probably going, that's not uncommon, but doesn't sound like it's your bogging problem either.
Make sure your idle screw is set to spec with the IACV unplugged, and while your at it clean the IACV.

You might have bad gas or water in your gas. Have you disconnected the battery for an extended period of time? If so it may have reset the computer, just drive it and it will go away if that is the case. If it's water in your tank or bad gas try a bottle of HEET.
