D16 engine jerking

Didn't notice this untill now but i had a friend put the car in drive from being in park and then back to park and everytime i do it the whole engine jerks forword everytime i do it. Why is this happening?

Make sure you don't have any broken/torn engine mounts. Some movement is normal tho.

if ur mounts aren't busted then your bolts are loose.
