Default d15b2 - low power at low RPM when cold

When my d15b2 engine is cold and when I'm just cruising at about 1000 - 2000rpm and when I push the accelerator, the car doesn't run at all. The speed rises very slowly and then, when the speed reach about 2500rpm, tha car starts to run nicely. When the engine is hot, the car runs fine even at these low speeds.

It all looks like the timing is somehow retarded or so. The engine runs smoothly, only the power is not there (so it's not the spark plugs/cables etc).

Any ideas ?

Thanks,
Petr

not sure what it would be... but.. running your car hard while its cold is one of the worst things you can do to your motor. do a compression test.

Don't worry, I don't run the car hard when cold. Even a light push on the acce;erator makes the engine weak.
