Corner lens drama. Advice. =)
I don’t really know how to explain it and I cannot take a picture of the thing right now because I am @ work. It’s the socket for the corner lens of a del sol. I pretty much had the wires cut all the way to the socket and there is no way to connect/extend it. does this mean I need a new socket?

Yep, I dont remember if you can take the pins out tho, if you can then you can simple remove the pins unsolder the wires and uncrimp them and re-crimp/solder and you'll be good to go. Now you can also just goto honda and get some new pins and put them back in your socket. Should be a simple fix

it's the terminal / pigtail . i think that's what it's called. it's the white portion (you can clip, unclip) after the actual grey portion socket that fits into the lens. I need that piece and the pins. You drive a del sol by the way?

if you can get your hands on some new pins you can just re-pin the wires and pop the old pins out of the socket, then pop the new ones back in. You need something like a paper clip or safety pin to pop them out. My local Honda dealer usually has stuff like that instock so you could give yours a try.
