i always start simple you covered every but did you replace the radiator cap?

after that you are looking at blown head gasket and/or warped head

I have yet to see one of these get fixed with a cap, I usually consider overflowing coolant tank = Blow HG. A garage can sniff the radiator for combustion gasses, if you have them, you have a blown HG.

Compression check might be fine now and the leak only happens when the engine gets good and hot.

it sound too simple.. but its true.. if you cap is broke its like having no cap..

i seen a legend blown a motor cuz the cap failed.. its sealed the radiator shut.. the radiator blew and the lady said "i only drove one day on it"..im like you sould not of drove 5 mins on it..

Yeah I can see that, a sealed cap's bad news but, you can drive just fine with no cap.

nope.. no cap=no pressure.. the water will boil...even the coolant will boil

man is that gonna suck real bad if thats the case...haha...but even tho i did the compression check and it came out good, there could b a chance it still can b blown?...i didnt so tho?...or even if i have a warped head, wouldnt that alone eventually blow the HG?

Water boils at 212. Water with anti-freeze boils at 232 (or there abouts).15 PSI of pressure increases the boiling point to about 250 or there abouts. Honda thermostat's open at about 195 and the fan comes on at what, 205? You could run your cooling system unpressurized if you wanted to.

100c (centigrade) = 212 F which is boiling point in both scales. So, when I say the stat opens at 195F, that's actually

(F -32) * 5/9 = C

Stat Opens: 195F = 90C
Fan Comes on: 205 = 96C

50/50 mix boils at 111C (232F) even when it's not under pressure. If I remember correctly, one PSI of additional pressure equals 1.5 degrees higher boiling point so, 15 PSI should give you 22.5F which would make the boiling point of 50/50 under 15 PSI

254F = 123C

For another example, the water coming out of your hot water heater's probably 110F. 120F is considered the upper end of temperature for water heaters (in your house).
