Default constant CEL on....grrrrr

I had a CEL code 61 back then that i had to replace the o2 sensor, the one that plugs to the cat. Well after going thru 3 used o2 sensors that i bought from fellow ht members, i still continue to have the cel. Do you guys kno what's wrong with my car? or should i just buy the uber expensive OEM one and it'll fix the damn CEL? can there be something that messes with the airflow, making the CEL come on all the time. grrrrr.....so frustrating... i have a 99 si btw...

i was always under the impression that the code 61 was the primary O2, not the secondary.
