comprehensive insurance inspection??
i just called my insurance company to add comprehensive insurance, and in order to recieve the policy, they said i would need to get it inspected ?
the thing is, i KNOW i cant pass inspection, because i have 15% tints, 50% windshield tint, slammed suspension, a high flow cat that doesnt work anymore, and im missing the reverse light harness .. the only way i passed last time was with shady methods ..
is there any way i could skip the inspection ? and will they send an insurance agent to check my car when i go to get it inspected ?

I dont think an insurance company would be checking for things like that. I think what they do is give the car a once over to see any damage, etc and maybe if you had any anti-theft devices. I remember when I bought my first car, the insurancve guy did a once over on it. I didnt know they still did that. Heck it might be better for them to see and document that stuff justin case you get jacked or get in a wreck
edit: however I am not an expert in insurance so I could be wrong but I doubt they care if your car has smog or not.

When we put the coverage on my car they just gave it a once over. They check the mileage VIN# on the dash and for any body damage.
