Codes, Fuel System stuff? Need help!
OBD 1 GSR Swap in 93 Hatch
O2 wires hit against exhaust manifold, melted, and shorted. Repaired that.
Engine is now throwing Code 41, 43
41 - Primary Oxygen Sensor - Heater circuit malfunction
43 - Fuel Supply System defective or malfunctioning fuel supply system
Engine is stuttering at low RPM's. What's wrong?

You got the wires wrong or fried the ecu when it shorted. I had a fuse blow when mine melted like that. Check the fuses under the hood too.
