Im having the same exact problem. Try searching "fuel system supply" and youll get some threads of what other people have to say....
Many think its a bad o2 sensor or clogged fuel filter.
In my case I have changed the fuel filter and its still carrying on, popping and such with the cel 43 on.

if you've never changed the 02 sensor, try that first, it will only make your car run better. If not, take the car down to the oil change place, most of them do injector cleaning from the fuel rail, or you can try the Seafoam treatment, that might help clean up the fuel supply.

I've got a similar cel on the spare, if you drive barely taking it to 3 rpm do you still get the cel? I only get the cel if I try speeding up then the car will seem to bog down. I'm going to check/change the fpr, fuel, and injectors off my si to see if they make a difference. Already did something similar to seafoam to the car, and the other stuff listed above with exception to the o2 sensor so I'm looking for more alternatives. Or see what what others symptoms are.

pinch the supply line slightly and see if the motor runs better!
if yes you might have a defective fpr, if no you might want to
check the fuel pump to see if you're gettin system voltage with
no hiccups or spikes

Re: (stevenlo)
Glad you mentioned that cause I was going to say something about the line to the pcv beings somewhat kinked a little. Either way, I'm going to check and replace a few things. When it comes to those items it really shouldn't be too costly anyway.
