codes??? 93 del sol with obd-1 jdm d15b
well i have a cel, tried to check it today by using a jumper wire and nothing??? its just a solid cel light no blinking or nothing. tried resetting the ecu and still nothing. when i turn my key on the cel comes on, when i turn my key off the cel goes off??? can anyone shed any light on this for me??

Make sure all your harness plugs are connected & tight. I had a no blinking cel today and that was my problem.

Yeah could also be a short in wiring , or you probably didnt jump the service connector correctly (haha). When i was swapping my engine i had little peices of wire and electrical tape stuck inside the plug ruining the connection.
