Icon3 Code 43, Help! =(

Alright, so here's the deal, i bought a 94 ex shell and dropped a built d16z6 in it. It ran hard out of the gate, but then I made a few mental errors. I killed my battery and alternator, and then i let my car idle for about 40 mins. which it burnt out the entire amount of coolant. I'm not sure if either of these things help you diagnose my problem, but just incase.

Okay so now when my car warms up (usually doesn't happen when it's cold unless the rpm's were just high) when it's put it neutral, the rpm's go from the steady 1k it idles at and just drop.. so much so that it like bogs the engine like it's going to stall and sometimes even does stall. Oh yeah and from time to time i get a huge whiff of gas for no reason.

When this happens i get a check engine light, code 43, Fuel Systems blah blah something. So, i took my fuel pump and filter off and cleaned them (they looked clean to begin with) I'm not really sure what the problem is, but it's running stock injectors, and should be running a stock P28, but is running a Auto P06 converted manual.

This might be babble, but just trying to throw in anything that might help. If you have any questions about anyother part of the set up let me know..

Thanks in advance guys!

Try unplugging the O2 sensor to see if the problem goes away. If so, replace the O2 sensor. If not, measure the fuel pressure with and without the FPR vacuum hose connected. Also check whether some fuel injectors are not clicking.
